SVP, Global Transfer Pricing Director

Reporting to the Global Head of Tax, the Global Transfer Pricing (TP) Director will lead the newly established Global TP Team and be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations and driving effective tax planning initiatives across the organization.

• Develop and lead a global team of transfer pricing specialists
• Develop and implement global transfer pricing strategies
• Work closely with global, segment and regional finance teams
• Partnering with the tax technology leader to leverage technology
• Work with external auditors on TP matters
• Oversee the performance of external advisors globally
• Provide strategic advice on transfer pricing issues
• Provide insight, advice and analysis on TP controversy
• Continuously monitor transfer pricing developments globally
